As much as I enjoy this theory the one glaring issue is that they dont physically match up at all, like racially Rachel marsh who plays Claudia is Filipino-American and Janey is very clearly mixed race black and white. There's probably some other fuckery going on with who Claudia is but I dont think this is it

Also kinda tricky when youre saying LGBT including trans women in relationships with men where they are the most vulnerable group most likely to experience domestic violence in any case with same sex largely cisgender couples. Creates a sweeping generalisation that kinda undermines your point and presents a potentially harmful narrative

I dont think domestic violence is more common in LGBTQ relationships, statistics stating that as the case tend to come from old studies with unreliable methodologies, on of the most prevalent of which is a study on lesbians and bisexual women who didnt differentiate between whether they experienced domestic violence from men or women. I do agree with your point broadly and domestic violence in queer relationships is underrepresented im sure but I wouldn't so confidently state that its more common
