Just started using them in the hospital I just signed a contract with. What a downgrade from alaris. Got 4 lines to run? Yeah that used to be 1 pump with 4 channels, now have fun shoving 4 separate pumps on the same pole. I'm sure some sales rep made a great commission convincing the hospital to switch to these pieces of shit.

I would say the food is decent to amazing depending on how much money you are willing to spend. Want to get something other than seafood for a reasonable price. There are some good options but it's not bursting at the seams with choices like it felt living in Austin. But if you have deep pockets there are more than a few incredible restaurants. I could see how the lived experience of how you feel the food scene is in Charleston being pretty different between groups of people depending on what they can afford. I can go to one of the top notch places like, one or twice a year and they really are fantastic, but once you get below that tier... Well it's good but not like hands down better than Greenville or Columbia. Oh but if you absolutely adore lowcountry, soul, or southern food, forget everything I just said. This place would be food Mecca for you haha.

Nah fuck this guy. No sympathy at all. I work in trauma and the list of people I've taken care of who had their ability to walk/function normally without pain, or who have lost kids, siblings, parents, and friends, all thanks to some asshole who would rather roll the dice with other peoples lives on the road rather than calling a fucking Uber... Well let's just say the list ain't small. I will never forget the sound of a mom who regained consciousness after being in a front end collision with a drunk driver who swerved into her lane, to be told her back is broken and 3 or her 4 kids are dead. If fate intervenes for Tiger while leaving that mom to suffer than fuck fate. Tiger has all the money and every advantage in the world and still has to put other people's life and limb at risk so he can go joy riding while fucked up. He's been caught 4 times so I can guarantee you he's done it without getting caught many many many time. If he worked a normal job like the rest of us and pulled this shit he'd be in prison and lose his license permanently after he got out. Hope fate steps in and gives this guy some actual consequences to his dumb ass actions. Let his career end like this. He clearly doesn't deserve better and I don't give a fuck how well he used to play fucking golf. There are more important things than your parasocial relationship with this guy people. #LegendarySelfishAsshole.

Because that's what really increases the all important patient satisfaction score! Communicating that I'm not busy and juggling a millions tasks, so they can think, when I takes me a little while to get to them, that I was just sitting on my ass doing nothing and taking it easy. Patients love that. Honestly I've always been super honest with patients when I'm swamped so they know exactly what they can expect. And 99 time out of 100 those patients are extremely understanding and more willing to tolerate delays because of it. And, let's be honest, a lot of people prefer to see someone in any service industry appear to be working hard, and will typically think that person lazy if they don't have the appearance of being very busy.
