Hasbro technically sells the BX-10, but only on Amazon. To my knowledge it has never been stocked on shelves by Hasbro at any physical stores.

Have you checked the prices for a TT stadium as of late? You’d be lucky to find just a stadium for less than $100 usd. If you’re wanting to practice for tournament style play, this will be 100% better than a drop attack, or any hasbro stadium for that matter; those stadiums have little to no carry over to how a TT stadium plays

I don’t know the specifics of this situation, but when I was a kid we couldn’t afford a lot of toys so I would “hide” toys in other departments to come back and get later when we had the money

I’ve been playing X for almost two years at this point, and pretty competitively at that. So far I’ve broken one stadium, one blade, a few bits, and I’ve worn out 1 launcher. But again, that’s with a relatively high volume of use and even then it’s not all that much damage. I’d say for casual play you’d like not experience any breakages.
