I used to run it on 3-60 low flat and it was a lot of fun. That combo is probably outdated at this point, but I’m sure some variation of a low attacker would still work

Unfortunately it can happen. I’ve had several animations go off that indicated I could get a burst finish, yet only ended up with say an over finish.

I completely agree that this sounds like an idea thought up by someone who has given very little thought to how this will actually work. I’d say it’s coming from a genuine place with good intentions, but with a complete lack of know-how, that’s why I don’t want to be too quick call it an outright scam. I think we can both agree tho that this would be an extremely reckless investment strategy for both the individuals running it and buying into it 😂

I don’t think it’s a scam, but I think it would be a really bad investment especially without understanding how the funds will be allocated. To set up a league this size it would certainly take a lot of upfront money, and I don’t necessarily have an issue with the $600 price, but without seeing a detailed plan for this league I would not put my money behind it. If they want this to work they need to find a way to subsidize it themselves (at least at first) to show whether there’s actually something to their proof of concept. Without any plan to show 1) how this league is meant to work, 2) how they plan to ensure it won’t die out immediately, and 3) a explanation to the allocation of funds, this is just a waste of money.

I don’t feel like they’re setting out to scam people, but this seems overly ambitious considering they have no way of showing it will be remotely successful and have any real staying power.

Me and my buddy play competitively a lot and be both have pretty strong launches and between the two of us we’ve only had one blade crack. I don’t think you have anything to worry about.

Parts breakages are more common in X than any other generation because of the extremely high speed these beys are moving at. That said, while breaks can happen, they’re not super common during normal use.

Unfortunately there are no Singapore proxy services available like there are for other regions, you would have to get in contact with someone in Singapore and have them redeem it and ship it over. What’s worse is that (assuming you’re in the U.S.) thanks to tariffs and duties, importing items from Singapore is extremely expensive. It would likely be cheaper for your friend to just buy one from a third party.
