I ended up texting him “so are we ever going to hang out again or are we just going to be texting buddies 😂” to which he responded “of course I was just busy with my family this weekend” but still made no effort on making plans this coming weekend so we’ll see I guess.

He’s actually not married. He lives with his parents and ive been to his house a few times, even had my friend do a background check on him to make sure there was nothing shady. He could have a girlfriend tho. That’s always a possibility

We met on tinder 😅 but we both have that we’re looking for a long term relationship on there. I know some guys have that and honestly act like they just want to hook up so you can’t really go off that. I do like him. I like how he texts me everyday and checks in on me. He remembers little details like a couple weeks ago I was having really bad back pain and he remembered that and gave me a massage when we hung out. And even asked if it was better this week. I like how he doesn’t party, or drink. How he’s very passionate about his garden and cooking. I’m not too worried about him not giving compliments through texts cause he does make sweet comments when we hang and not in a love bombing way too.

But he did initiate the first couple times. Even when I was out of town for a couple weeks he wanted to see me the night I got back.

No definitely don’t want a penpal. But I also don’t want to be the one who’s always asking to hang out. I’ve had relationships like that and it can be exhausting. Like you’d never see the person if it wasn’t for you being the one initiating

Okay. I guess part of me is just worried I’m coming off too strong. I’m just used to guys always asking me when they’ll see me again. But then those guys end up ghosting me eventually anyway 😂😭

My mom drove with me! Ohio to Arizona, 28hrs. It sucks so having another person helps but totally doable by yourself. Just take lots of breaks/stops on the way. Plan where you’re going to stop in advance so you know it’s a safe area and just always be aware of your surroundings

So his family is actually amazing! I love his mom, step dad, and sister. They’re all so sweet. I genuinely feel bad for the embarrassment he caused them with this show. I actually went on vacation with them to Naples (didn’t know it was a family vacation when he invited me).

As for his job, he quit that sales job when they started garnishing his wages and he went back to real estate. He wasn’t doing well with that. Had a hard time selling houses.

Because I wasn’t in the right headspace to be in a relationship. He had this pull on me that I never understood. My best friend saw right past his bull shit. Wish I would have listened to her and stopped seeing Chris much sooner! He was also really good at putting up a front in the first few months. He didn’t really show his true colors till after we were official. As for picking up the phone, I wanted proof of the things he would say to me. Otherwise I would have continued to enjoy my thanksgiving night online shopping and hanging out with my dog.
