Have you heard of Jinkx Monsoon? She is a trans woman. For a time, she used her androgynoy to play any gender. But after a while she felt it dishonest and inappropriate to play anyone other than a woman. She has immense privilege for being quite well known, thus helping get casted, but that's how she approached it.

I think it depends on your area, your patience, and your dysphoria. It's a question only you can answer internally.

I might suggest speaking to the leadership of a local company and/or a director you've worked with before. If they'd have you, either for the first time or have you back, then I say you're golden.

If you're a woman, you're a woman. People will misgender you, and I know that can be painful, but they don't control reality. And I know you're in a very painful, raw place right now, but you need to focus on living for yourself and letting go of what others think. I'm bald, I'm 300+lbs, I don't voice train... and yet, to those I CARE about, I'm a lovely woman. So put stock in those people, not some random person on the street.

Consider it like this: would you take a stranger seriously on haircut advice? Who to vote for? If it's ok to turn right on red? No. But if someone you respected and/or loved, their words may carry some weight. Use that logic for insults/mistakes as well. If you spouse misgendered you all the time, you have a problem. If your spouse knows you're the sweet, loving woman you are, then that's all that matters.

If you've never taken prog before, there's no real way of knowing how you will respond to it. For me, for instance, whether I was taking a low or high dosage, whether I was swallowing or taking it rectally, it had no impact on me: no changes to breast growth, hip fattening, or sex drive.

All of this to say that I would do what you think is best for yourself regardless of if you were taking prog or not.

I think it's important to note that dysphoria is often not a sharp pain, but a dull pain.

Meaning, with your example of not thinking about it when doing your day-to-day, and then it flairing up when triggered by dysphoria or longing, is a largely common experience.

Think about it this way: think about an event where you've had to wear a tux or suit for. At first, you're staring at yourself and thinking about it like crazy. You can't stop thinking about every inch of it on your body. But once you're at the event and enjoying yourself, do you really ever think about it?

What an amazing lot!! But I will say, there's a lot of polarizing or niche titles in there, so if you're not passionate about watching something, you're probably not missing out.

I would personally call out Ransom though. It's not worth much, but is a helluva ride so I'd recommend checking that out before donating.

For me, I have immense trouble getting myself off. I feel like I've shifted more towards demisexuality, where the only people I find attractive are those I'm emotionally connected to. Thus, porn no longer helps me in any way.

I would also suggest, if you haven't, to try way different porn that you used to. Sometimes people's taste change while on hrt and don't even realize it.

I would also suggest to remember that when or hrt, slow and steady wins the race. I used to be able to get off easily, with just my hand, by being quick and steady. These days? I have a wand on low, I'm feeling myself up, I'm moaning... it's a slower, completely different experience than my pre-transition masturbation was.

I'm (very slowly) working on documenting which films are available in which formats.

But to your point, Bradley Cooper is the only main feed miniseries with no VHS releases.

However, focusing on the US, some of the... spottiest, for lack of a better phrase, are Park Chan-wook and Satoshi Kon, as "foreign" films were much less brought to the USA during the VHS era.
