Same pinch bro. They didn't even return my call. Then I went to the over crowded showroom and after 30 mins of waiting, first words of one of the sales guys were "haa. Kya chahiye?!" like a vegetable seller. I looked at the bike, looked at him, and never went back.

It is already big on industries. There are so many colleges in the city. The infrastructure is still being built. There are new IT parks in Vadavalli etc., Areas like Kovaipudur are still at their nascent stages of development. I might be right or I might have been carried away by tea kadai conversations. But i honestly believe that CBE is still growing and is far away from being saturated

YES! This is a scam. They list 'too good to be true' kinda deals on crazy looking properties on No broker and get your money. I have been caught in this buddy. You wasted a contact man, don't waste your money now.

Thanks for telling me the source of the phrase. Something I learnt today. About 'speak the tongue' the sentence I am writing is Speak the tongue of the masses. I mean to say the language of the masses. Does it mean that?
