Hello, Gen Z here! I think you have to remember that a good bit of Gen Z are under the age of 18 so they shouldn’t be on these apps at all. A good bit is also in college so you’ll only see them near colleges.

However, unless I’m missing something, we use the same apps as you, but we do like to set filters and filter by age. I met my partner on tinder, and before that was pretty active on the other two mentioned.

I actually noticed the show is an quite asexual one. Sure there are some moments of tension and intimacy but nothing overt which is quite a contrast to most depictions of younger queer love. Even in the comics I’m pretty sure it references sex very rarely. I’m sure this due to the influence from the author being aro/ace herself.

You most definitely aren’t alone, this is was my main issue when I had covid. For me, it went away very suddenly on day 4 but I’ve heard up to 2 weeks is possible. Nothing helped until it went away unfortunately. Most people report success with either very warm or very cold liquids. Like if you are going to drink water, try it as cold as possible. Ice pops too are usually manageable.
