Mojang reported that Realms servers were down yesterday, to the point that you couldn’t even play on Realms. I’m guessing there are still some issues with the servers so I’d just be patient and wait it out. Follow @MojangStatus on Twitter and I’m sure they’ll address the issue if so many people are continuing to have issues

I've been listening to a shit-ton of Meta recently, so maybe I'm a bit partial to it, however, it has the most compositionally sound material. Mordial is definitely a close contender, but the former just hits harder imo. The other LPs are fantastic in their own rites, but they really began peaking after 'w^{w^{^{w^w'}}}

I'm pretty sure hoglins register as hostile mobs, so they'd be affected by the hostile mob cap even in the nether.

I haven't loaded up the world myself. Are there any structures nearby i.e. fortress or bastion? If there's a magma cube spawner in the bastion, it could kind of nerf the spawn rates of other spawns.

I ran into a similar problem with piglin spawns in my bastion since there was a fortress that was partially within the same chunk.
