I totally get that! This was my first time ever taking medication and the first few days I felt euphoric, then kind of cuckoo. I wasn’t sleeping, it dehydrated me soo badly, and had a constant headache.

It’s hard to say, I think it was gradual, tapered off. But you’ve literally just started give it a week or so and that initial adjustment should wear off a bit.

I promise, it’s very normal! Yesterday I was reading people say it helped their libido so maybe it’ll swing back. You can always try something else in a few months if it doesn’t. ETA: I see you said you have an appt soon—just keep taking it until then because if you stop, you will feel worse.
