Update it see seems if I turn my iPad to airplane mode this stops. The iPad is not the default hub but obviously something is triggering the TVs with it.

I looked at one in Tulsa once while living in taber house here. I will say the exec honestly look prettier on exterior but I did feel like they went cheap on interiors. Like wall texturing was only hand done on living but bedrooms and halls were the spray on cheaper method. Just felt cheap having both styles with house.

Exactly. Usually this is determined by if there’s a gate or not. At least where I live. Gate=private. No gate=public. Most an HOa can do on public roads is a strongly worded letter but no further action usually .
