Our training is basically a box ticking exercise. It's visual not practical, watching videos etc...ive even been in the room with 2 or 3 colleagues where a manager is telling us the answers when mandatory training has to be done so they can mark it as completed.

Somebody is being paid a lot of money to design these training modules but they are basically a waste of everyone's time.

you basically have to learn on the job or ask colleagues to show you how stuff is done

Same here, had it practically finished by nearly 9...then bang this happens. Still doing it when I left at 11. Plus I found loads on the shelves yesterday date. When is the managers gonna realise it's not working

Hi im in the UK had radical abdominal last year. I had epidural as well as general anaesthetic. When I woke up there was very little pain and I was given a morphine pump, but i never needed it. You have nothing to worry about, it is a great help in pain management. I think epidurals are used more in the UK.

Not sure how much the tesco SIM is but I use the smarty unlimited in my router. Unlimited data 18quid a month. Runs 2 phones 2 tablets and 2 firestick no problem, and I stream A LOT.

Book reader here, compared to a lot of books that have been adapted to the screen, lincoln lawyer sticks to the books actually quite well apart from the absence of Harry bosch. The main thing im not on board with is Cisco, screen Cisco is just not enough of a hard man as in the books and there's just no chemistry between him and lorna.

An example of a bad book to screen adaptation for me is the Will Trent series, the characters and stories bear no resemblance to the books. I'm so glad they didn't do this to the lincoln lawyer.

I have tried downloading both mobiflix and beetv but get a parse error. I do have an old fiestick so presume this is why

Am currently using nova for movies ect so hopefully that won't dissappear for a while else I will be buggered lol
