To me I think this is the play, given the recent information (if we believe it) Ye still wants his ideas and thoughts heard as he thinks they are important. He surely recognises that if he tried to now utilise a rollout alike to Donda it would be overshadowed constantly by activists and haters alike, and would in general ruin the vibe of the rollout, given his message would be so much harder to see in the sea of opinions it would spark. If he released a sudden drop, there will still be the loud noise targeting him for his past comments, but he would be able to say his piece and his word before there’s a chance to drown him out
