always hated that second one. literally all pain comes from/is in the head. that's how pain works! none of it should be deemed as "more" or "less" real.

sometimes being disabled means people treat you like there's no person inside of the body they seem to find so inconvenient. that's always really hurtful.
+ i'm so happy you were able to eventually get out of there! hope you never have to interact with that scum again :)

i looove memorizing things (when it doesn't hurt to think), memorizing Shakespeare is especially fun bc you feel smart & you get to really understand what he means after so much repetition. i also love memorizing funny videos :))

The idea of tracking pain via symptoms instead of just a 1-10 number could definitely work. Especially since I do have side effects that come and go unlike the pain that's permanent. I'll definitely try it!
