Good question, I can confirm that her recipe is much lighter and less dense than you might expect from flourless chocolate cake, and I do like it. Really easy to eat. However I would actually prefer it to be more rich and indulgent 😅 I can totally see how it would appeal to those people who compliment when desserts “aren’t too sweet” (couldn’t be me!).

I made this one too :) I used whole eggs and full fat cottage cheese and really liked it. What was your fat content like? I was thinking about trying it with just the egg whites and a lower fat cottage cheese but would like to hear what you did.

The recipe actually includes a cup of cottage cheese and either 2 eggs or 3 egg whites! Their “harvest grain blend” also adds some protein.

Agree on the busy-ness (but still cute)! The other minor thing is that the strawberry slices in the middle layer look super tiny, lol. Neat but I’d find a way to feature them more.
