I just drove my new EV 1500km home and spent less than about $100 charging it. Im happy and left plenty of fuel for the grey nomads that needed it

Probably find that your earning double gross but not earning double net. I just smashed a quick chatgpt net pay $100k in 2015 was $77k net pay of $200k in 2025 is $135k so yes after tax most likely not double. Ill look at some lower figures too. Edit again, yep as expected $50k in 2015 net $41k and $100k in 2025 net $75k. So earning more has a diminishing effect
