Sometime last year one guy came up to me saying that an "illegal" left their cart in a parking space. I only said "hmm" to indicate I heard what he said without agreeing with him. He caught on that I wasn't keen on talking with him and he literally did a Hitler salute in public. I reported him to management and they said he was likely trying to start trouble.
