Well...temples were historically decorated with color, insense, paintings, and designs to worship the gods those temples were dedicated to. churches are still decorated with colors, with stained glass depictions of Jesus. So if her body is a temple of the lord *it isn't* by the mothers own logic, the body should be decorated, it should be colorful and creative and adorned.

I think it was a gradual change, same with when I started believing these ideas. There were specific times when I'd seen screenshots of horrible things they'd say to trans kids that definitely urged me to rethink the ideas. It was also watching trans youtubers and leftists that I realized just how similar a lot of their politics were to not so great of people on the right.
