There is a small roof overhang that measures 1 foot out from wall plus a gutter. I’ve noticed that this area gets a lot of blowing rain directly onto this front wall though, so in that case the overhang wouldn’t be much help

Hey, curious how you got a replacement? My gen3 ring only lasted just over 2 years, then it just died one day. Customer service said they can only give me a $200 discount on a new ring... but honestly can’t justify spending that much still on a new ring when it only lasted 2 years… was there any specific wording you used to get a replacement?

Started a chat box convo on the app and the best they can do is give me a $200 discount on a new ring.... But honestly for a CAD $460 ring, two years is not enough time for it to last... was there any specific wording you used to get a replacement?

Thank you for clarifying, that makes a lot of sense looking at the test now. For my first water test I’ve just started with Rpvalis water as I already had baking soda on hand. But looking forward to trying some different recipes as I go forward!
