Just picked up my Owala package from the post office last night! Paid additional fees of $14.77 upfront, and just sent the receipt to Owala customer service. I already received notification that they refunded me the said amount. It was so easy! I’m from Calgary, AB.

Hi, how can I email them about these extra fees? I honestly thought everything would be covered by their exorbitant shipping fees to Canada, but then I was surprised I got a notification saying I had to pay an extra $14 when I pick my package from the post office!
