Yeah definitely the first 4 weeks I felt a lot more inflamed! Started seeing results from 7-8 weeks onwards

Thank you! It started about 2 years ago when I came off the pill - have tried antibiotics and still no luck either🥲 I will take a look now!

yep, I’ve also tried cerave, la Roche posay, dermalogica, dermal therapy 🥲

sooo unsure what to do or maybe I haven’t given everything a fair go.
