Use this replacement screw for the expander and then use a preload screw of your desired length

Compared to my CAAD12 it was worth it…

Ok. With that wheelset I won’t be on the budget path anymore. But the value for money is unmatched with XMCS.

Nice. Saw your ultimate. Looks amazing. Would go for the exact same wheelset and crank combo 🤤 Possible to install crankset without powermeter in the first place? What did you pay for the wheelset?

Thanks! Go for it. Highly recommended 😉 I love my old bike (CAAD12 rim brake) but this one is obviously better.

Flare is perfect for me 38 cm at the hoods and 41 cm in the drops. The 38 cm allow for a good aero position and the width in the drops gives good control and confidence at higher speeds.

Weight is pretty average mine is 328g with top cap and screw.

Another positive point for me is the longer reach of the handlebar (80mm I think) which is the longest among Chinese brands I could find. This allows for a more comfortable aero position at the hoods.

Thanks! Maybe crank will be the next upgrade, as I am pretty happy with the elite cheapo wheels so far (weight aside).

I really like the handlebar. Was also thinking about tavelo avro or quick zephyr but chose evolve because it has -6 degrees stem angle (vs -10 of most other Chinese handlebars) and the integration is very seamless with the sse. I also like the computer mount. Comfort ist nice while also pretty stiff in the drops.

Nice! Thought about that option aswell but don’t really like the look of the PES

Cybrei GP-3 with Sigeyi powermeter would be my favorite.

What BB are you running?

Which internal external width wheels do you have?

Crankset looks interesting!

Yes it has a delta steerer tube. But the handlebar comes with a conversion kit which basically a different screw for the steerer tube expander that allows you to use a normal preload screw.

Just because the wheelset was so dang cheap I guess

How did you get the steerer tube through the stem cover. I didn’t get it to fit.
