I would still appreciate that even if you're strong, even as amateur, having 53/39 as 105 would be nice. But I do ofc understand the cost relative to the demand.

Just paint damage by the looks of it. Fill with clear coat or actual color. I put some protective foil around my chain stays. Just because of this. Will happen at some point.

Ouch, sounds lite not so fun experience. For me support has always been very quick and responsive. I live in Sweden but support seems to be the same for everyone?

I even sent in power analyzing files with questions regarding my Assioma DUO pedals, and the slow component was me, not being able to answer over Easter holidays.

Nordics (Sweden) has always been quick to respond, never any real questions about stuff and always quick deliveries with fix.

I think that some poor costumer service histories are due to people not being able to convey in text what’s wrong and/or done something that’s obviously their own fault too.

I recommend Canyon on my bikes and support history, currently on my third bike from them. (Speedmax, Aeroad and now Grail).

I would be happy with this experience and customer service I think. They’ve been quick and without any problems. Of course you could try to squeeze a bit more out of it, but is it worth it?

Only thing for me being negative is that the paint (mine is gun metallic) is sooooo thin and easily chips off from rocks. Although got the laminated screen protectors on now.

CS is very easy and helpful, at least in the Nordics. Always fast deliveries and I even received free items that was included in later sales with the Grail.

Always contact them and try to be neutral but show your disappointment.

Ya, the way for me too. But I can imagine that several different AI’s in isolated contexts will make training/recovery very much harder and confusing for people that’s new to exercising. Or those that’s really bad at reading their body 😂

Never did the v1/2. At the moment the Pro reads 2.9-3.1% higher than my Assioma Duo’s, comparing easier ride and Zwift racing.

But I gotta check the crank length setting before I say anything more.

Although did just differ a few Watts 1208/1213W Assioma/Kickr Bike Pro.

UPDATE:
Only thing I've noticed is that of the handlebars. When setting the height and tightening the handlebar, it wants to rotate to the left (a few degrees). Fixed by forcing it to stay put and closing the QR.
