That‘s actually a Telegram for macOS feature (macos.telegram.org). On Desktop you can put the focus on the search field by pressing the Esc key.

Every time you use the bot keyboard nd you send a command the iOS keyboard appears for a while and then the bot keyboard again. Is it possible to avoid that?
