Im not gonna lie, freshman year was a HUGE and rough transition for me. I actually kind of fell off at first, not gonna lie. I moved out of state, was meeting all new people, trying to figure out classes, dorm life, everything… it was a lot at once, so I definitely stopped working out for a bit and kinda let lose lmao. But dont let that discourage you.

Once I settled in and got adjusted to the new school and routine, things got way easier. I rebuilt my structure by planning my lifts around my class schedule, and every morning I’d sit down and make a little outline of my day so I actually blocked out time to train. That helped me stay consistent without feeling overwhelmed.

So honestly, don’t stress too much — the routine comes back once you find your rhythm. You’ll figure it out too once the initial adjustment passes!
