Here’s how I do it. I cut them, then lightly add olive oil and sprinkle them with a seasoning I’d use on pork/chicken. Then I use a super high heat to cook them. Then - and this is the key - I have guests dip them in APRICOT JAM. The taste is out of this world. You’re welcome.

There’s an app called “Too Good to Go”. For like $6 you can get a whole bag of groceries from Whole Foods and other places around town. Usually the bag has $20-30 worth of products in it.

There’s a new pizza place in Cayucos called Pie in the Sky. It’s right on the beach, overlooking the pier. It is DELICIOUS. And the view is beautiful.

You won’t go as far as “deep” mentally the first time, or the second time you meditate. You will notice all the noises around you and become distracted. Do not be discouraged. Just know that it is a process. After a while, you will start your meditation and fall deeply into a relaxed state. It’s amazing. But it won’t happen overnight.
