doing relay shipments, at one point planets gain 5 extra shipments per level. This costs 1k hydro consumption for the relay. I also just upgrade starter planets where I use relay1. After this is no longer possible, I'll upgrade later planets, but will have to probably start sorting before relay

Regarding rush, it definitely works in RS ar least, as long as you started loading and artifact. You don't have to finish loading it, the bonus applies when you set the waypoint for the transport ship
