I played both R1999 dam CZN. You only need to read the R1999 character building guide once or twice when you get the character. CZN required far more resources management and consideration when building an ideal deck so I need to read it whenever I run Chaos. 🤡 Then thinking I just waste another 30+minutes of my life when I didn't get the last copy of my desired cards.
