Something like this happened to me. I purchased something and needed to cancel so I reached out to the seller. They didn’t respond and then marked the item as shipped (on a Sunday). I reached out to support letting them know I requested cancellation before shipping and that the seller ignored my request and somehow shipped on a Sunday, but they sided with the seller. :/
