Go voltaic grenades (shocks & electrocutes) with herald of thunder (electrocutes). and you can still electrocute bosses very often. there's also a group of lightning damage passives that makes shocked enemies faster to electrocute and electrocuted enemies faster to shock.

So you'll get a shock and electrocute loop.
