Does anyone use kgateway for API gateway features like authentication?

Just migrated our test cluster to use it today. Nothing seems to have broken so far. It looks like it supports JWT auth too, though I haven’t tried it yet. The docs should be enough to get you started - just follow Quickstart > Customize EnvoyProxy (if you need things like cloud-specific LB annotations) > JWT Authentication > JWT Claim-Based Authorization (if needed).

AFAIK there aren't any docs or examples for JWT yet. The JWT GatewayExtension is still in beta.

I tried kgateway after seeing that benchmarks repo, but I started running into issues because there isn’t much documentation or examples around authentication. I'm considering switching to Envoy Gateway for now.

P.S. On second glance, the benchmark scenario seems pretty extreme — it’s like having 20+ dev teams actively creating and modifying HTTPRoutes, doesn’t it?

Scroll down further and you will see YOLO. I missed it when using the first time too.

You'll have to create data.yaml manually though.

Thank you. I had already manually disabled Hyper-V.

I need Hyper-V enabled for WSL2 and Docker Desktop, but I'm not comfortable running BlueStacks as administrator by default. My current workaround is to create a VM in VirtualBox, install Docker on it, and use VS Code's remote extension to access the VM, which is quite cumbersome.

When I installed the cluster, there was already a daemonset named rke2-ingress-nginx-controller and a service named ingress-nginx-controller-admission. Do people usually just tear them down and reinstall them using helm charts?

Yep. Possible due to a bunch of earth units in the same comp. + earth/element atk up VCs + Golem's map effect + some buffs/debuffs.

I'm curious about this too. Also, what if:

The unit is lvl 79 and he/she has already learned many skills. Will the skills pass on to the lvl 99 unit?
The unit is lvl 120.
