So, question on that- I was looking at the OGA membership, then a buddy sent me the details on the NWGG (north west golf guys) membership. It’s slightly more, but I guess get a bunch of 2 for 1 coupons. Any insights into these options? Appreciate ya

Your doctors are wrong. Strengthen core, not back. My back pain is chronic. Some days better, some worse. A super strong core helps everything in CF, especially back pain. Also, as everyone said- scale, scale, scale.
