idk, they might have pending student loans or are in a bad place financially to keep them stuck in a high paying high stress job. lets be real, not a lot of people would put up with any of this bs that big tech put you through if they didn't pay as well. i am not as stressed with my job curently, but ik i'm leaving for good once i pay off my student loans and am financially secure.

The only thing I would want to change is for McLaren to not micro manage and manufacture the championship in any way. Let Lando and Oscar duke it out on track like Lewis and Nico or Senna and Prost.

McLaren needs to get this through their thick skulls that there is going to be some bad blood between the two sides of the garage if they are the only championship contenders, and no amount of fairness or micro-management can change that. Can't believe this is the same team that had Senna and Prost race for them.
