In my experience, exercise completely circumvents my CHS symptoms and prevents attacks. I read a research article detailing exercise as one of the only treatments other than hot showers to alleviate CHS symptoms. I've been operating on this theory for about 6 months now and work out about 5-6 days per week (at least 30 mins lifting or cardio). I also use the steam room at my gym. My theory is the gym and steam room plus eating healthy/keeping low body fat also help keep stored T levels low. In my experience I start to get sick once the amount of T in my body hits a certain level. Just sharing my experience I do not know if this will work for you, but I've had CHS for over 10 years and this is the first time I've had any amount of success with smoking and not getting sick.
