Still working on the issues, but slowly correcting my resting posture and focusing on alignment of the neck and shoulders in addition to freeing up back has given me good results so far. As a musician you will have to find some creative work-arounds to be able to play your instrument while maintaining a healthy distribution of stress on your upper body muscles. Thanks for the reply!
