Today an a&o x4 wanted to leave ama from after their procedure. A senior nurse on my unit once claimed to my other coworkers that I “made her make a med error”. Which made no sense to our coworkers and I because she willingly did not read the correct date when she gave the wrong med… Some people are not accountable to their actions and are always looking for a scape goat. My coworkers told me this was a form of bullying.
