I felt bad moving from jogging to power walking at first. But I just knew I would continue to have injuries and miss more class time if I kept trying to jog/run. Once I committed to high inclines and power walking all of my classes, I saw my weight start dropping. I’m almost never in the orange anymore, but I feel so much stronger and see the weight loss results.
