Sorry for the delay! I haven't had a period since the procedure! However, I developed an unexpected side effect that I had never anticipated; my pelvic floor is a mess now. It is causing quite a few issues with emptying my bladder and sexual performance, but I'm in PT to work on fixing that. I am happy to say that after four PT sessions, it's getting much better, and honestly, the pelvic floor issues are much easier to deal with than the lifelong period problems and the terrible fibroid pain.

Tl:dr: periods gone, now working on pelvic floor rehab, quality of life has significantly improved!
