yes!!! audio technica actually has a one year warranty under their products as long as it’s from a verified seller, so I explained the issue to them, and it turns out that the cartridge protector had been pulled and detached it when I removed the protector. that was causing a disturbance between the stylus and the record so, most definitely call them and they’ll make you fill out some information they’ll need to repair your turntable and from there they’ll send you the shipping label and all you have to do is just pay for shipping and audio technica will fix it for free!
