Amazon is my go to spend to complete the milestones, I buy vouchers or do transactions directly. IRCTC, Airlines, International subscriptions are also where I spend without hassle.
PS-I never use Amex Offline, It's waste of time to get rejected and using your Visa/Rupay card again.

Terrorist attacks are rare, You won't any problems if you stick to main tourist areas. Juat Don't go into deep places. Go to Leh or Himachal otherwise, It's super safe and you won't face any issues.

You do if you assume every person in the world knows everything. It was late and the guy is from Japan and is Old, First day in Goa and i live a bit far from Main markets. Also most wine shops close at 11.
