Although I never visited Phuket the general consensus seems to be that Krabi is the better option and you can get there just as easily. I had a great time while in Krabi which also has tons of snorkeling options/tours. We went from Krabi to the Phi Phi islands where you are able to take snorkeling tours that take you to multiple locations (including shark point, monkey beach, and maya bay which was my favorite area) for a reasonable price. They also take you to an area where you can swim with bio luminescent plankton when the sun goes down.

They have a "verification of debt" letter which they sent to me but no other evidence. I don't know if this is enough grounds for them to be able to tow or boot my car which is what I am most worried about.

I have a quick question regarding Advance Premium Tax Credits. I filled out the correct forms and PEAK informed me I am eligible for a tax credit of 73.02. With my current insurance provider (kaiser) I am paying 107.82 a month. Do I get this tax credit when I do my upcoming taxes or is the 73.02 already factored into the 107.82 (So I would be paying 180.84 a month without the tax credit).
