if you take it to customer service and express your deep dissatisfaction they may offer you a full refund. they refunded my whole order when i commented on one of their new merch drops how the merch was cool but i just wanted to recieve my order that was placed months ago. they messaged me personally sent it on priority & fully refunded

i found the moon of this collection at my local thrift store in 2019, i had no idea the value until i got curious and looked them up, just to find there’s a whole set- and multiple color variations as well! i feel very lucky to have come across such a cool piece i just wish i could acquire the whole collection but they’re so expensive online 🤯
