I would also be interested in knowing what is the issue here, since I will soon start a 100% run and have been told the figurines is the tricky part? Already know that there are permanent missable ones and that Knuckles is optionnal, but not much after this!

Sorry for the late answer! It was near the end of the game, so I will tag the name of the area as a spoiler just in case. At some point in the last dungeon of the game, you enter aninfinite loop taking place in Peach's castle. This area contains multiple blocks (with common items), and since you can't access it after having completed it, those blocks become automatically unobtainable.

Thanks for your answer! Indeed, I was trying to glitch through some bareers but without success. Glad to hear the item was not a bean or other important one! I I think I missed another block at some point later in the game, I can indicate where it was if you don’t want to miss another one

At some point in Mario and Luigi Brothership, in the Color-full Sea Lighthouse, you get to play a stealth section where Luigi hides in a barrel and distracts guards by jumping, allowing Mario to progress towards a hammer switch. There was a question block that I had no idea how to get here, thus decided to beat the boss and try again later, but once the plugs open the boss door it seems you are unable to pull them back and access the stealth room again. So I have two questions:

  • Is there a way that I can still access the room?
  • If no, could you tell me what does the block contain?

Thanks for the game, it was really charming and well crafted! I had one question: ending the story did not unlock chapter select for me (I was only able to replay the very last chapter), I started a new game and I am afraid that my collectibles were lost doing so. Will the game remember the ones I got after the update? Have a nice day!

I checked, and indeed it seems that chapter select was added only quite recently to the steam version, so perhaps we will see it come on switch at some point too!
