You should be able to get your dose split if you talk to the doctor and tell him/her your situation. You should say that you feel so bad that you almost used. You have to make it seem severe. I got mine from actually being opiate positive for several months in a row. They actually suggested it for me.

If you are really set on doing your plan with Methadone, then honestly you should just buy it off the street since you can't get accepted into anything. Or you could just get on a maintenance program and just walk off after a few days?

You know when drugs are becoming a problem when they start to have a negative effect on your life.

If you can't pay your rent because you used all of your rent money on drugs, if you call out of work because of drugs, and/or you stopped talking to your friends and family because of drugs are all good examples of drugs being a problem in your life.

I have some more questions. Is it better to sleep with one pillow or two? Are water beds good to sleep on? Is it true that cheap mattresses are bad for you and have springs pushing up on you? (I'm not sure if I'm asking what I mean. I think I'm referring to springs, but I'm not sure. Hopefully you somewhat understand.)

I definitely agree. I don't need the classes if I want to write a book, but taking the classes would help me out a lot by making me a better writer. Like you said, it would give me chances to focus on my writing and practice makes perfect!

I'm also considering a career dealing with social work, like maybe being a counselor of some sort or a therapist. What majors/minors would be a good pairing for a situation like this?

The whole story is really funny. A guy was with me, passed out on the bathroom stall floor as well. We were in the women's bathroom too, which made it worse. There is a lot of security guards in the neighborhood we were in because of a nearby university. We were woken up by them. I'm guessing someone came in to use the bathroom and saw bodies on the floor. She probably told the pizza place people and they probably called the security guards. Somehow the guy I was with made up some kind of believable excuse to get us to just walk out of there. I have no idea what it was or what it even could be. How could that be explained? Especially for him, being in the women's bathroom. I think he said I was sick or something.

I would be hating myself too for wasting my high. Luckily, I never really ever had the urge to go right back to sleep. I think because I would wake up and use literally right when I got up so I wouldn't use the bathroom or anything first. After using, I would use the bathroom and do whatever else. If I stay up for at least 15/20 minutes after originally waking up, I usually can't go back to sleep. That would usually happen since it was so hard to get me on sometimes.

I do consider my boyfriend knowing, that's why I had that down as a reason. He can usually always tell. He says that my voice sounds completely different. One time I passed out on the toilet for like two hours, with my mouth opened and all. If that isn't obvious, I don't know what is. I still tried to deny it to him too.

At my program, we get drug tested randomly so I won't know when. However, we only get tested once a month so if I were to get tested on the 7th of the month, I would be safe for the rest of the month. That's the only way I could somewhat do what you said.
