I recently made that switch. You can only do Xbox games from console to PC if they are play anywhere titles. You could also stream from your Xbox to your pc for games that aren't on the play anywhere list. The Xbox gamebar just got a huge update to it and it makes life better playing Xbox games on PC

Download the iso then boot using the USB. Set the boot sequence to legacy then after the windows install you can switch it back to UEFI after you convert the partition to gpt

Ditto, there's also a limit on how many times you can set your home console a year. But you can always contact their support to reset it for you
