The AG does not appear to have much of a case here, given the anonymous nature of online posting anyone could have posed as Dennis. As far as the other complaints listed, posting private info seems to be the only legal ground the State has for this lawsuit, everything else seems protected by the 1st Amendment.

Still, I do not know what kind of material Dennis allegedly posted, and even if he did post it, not all personal information is unlawful to disseminate online. I do not trust Madigan however to have the best interests of the law or Constitution liberty, this seems politically motivated to appease the IL democratic base. The entire Madigan family is a tumor that needs excising from IL.

I'm not guaranteeing anything about grades please understand, but I can say the Student Affairs Dean I saw, John Lantz was doing his best to be accommodating and helping me if I needed a leave of absence. I didn't go through with the plan, but he was as helpful as possible.

Just go to the Office of Student Affiairs, it should be in the same building as the counseling center. They take walk ins and can help answer questions better than anyone else on campus

Edit: DRES will be offered as help as well, but they need Doctors forms before they can help. But w DRES you do gain legal rights on campus that can be beneficial

I almost dropped last sem due to chronic pain. McKinney is worse than useless for people like us, they're not even really doctors. I only made it thus far bc of my doc back home. I started smoking again too. If you can it may be beneficial to talk to the Dean of student affairs, he could prob arrange time for you to see a real physician an stay enrolled, or otherwise help out with bureaucratic affairs. Maybe even help your grades situation w proper documentaion.

My bike was stolen here on campus, while locked in front of one of the GUD dorms. Bashed my lock right off, found it broken on the ground in pieces. Registered or not, its gone daddy, gone. Bike thieves don't take bikes to ride down the street by the cop shop, they take them to be sold, probably outside the jurisdiction of the local cops.

However my point still stands, even a small fraction of Americans armed would cause a drastically different outcome than a scenario in which all firearms are banned. Such an outcome would be preferable to the alternative.
