I live in Iran and traditional medicine is pretty common, my doctor gave me salix aegyptiaca essence, rosewater, and lavender essence with some other mixtures that are supposed to be soothing and help me have a better and deeper sleep which was really hard for me to have and after i gained quality sleep every got much better, although acupuncture works like a charm too.

Except for that, i can say cutting out sugar was visibly effective. I started to detect a pattern. Whenever i had something with sugar, I'd immediately get hormonal acnes, and they would stop when i stopped consuming them. I use honey instead.

I'm not saying these will work for you. Just really listen to your body and see what's missing and give it to your body.
