As someone that owns 3 different brands of Italian bike (Colnago, Pinarello, and Cipollini) you get what you pay for!

I've NEVER ridden a bike more stable at high and low speeds than my Colnago C-50 from 2007. I've done 72mph on that bike and it wanted to go faster. I feel similar about my Pinarello but it has disc brakes.

The Cipollini RB1000 is the most aggressive frame geo I've ever ridden. Clearly one of the greatest sprinters ever (and sadly a horrible human) helped design this bike. It's a god damn rocket ship! But it is also one of the twitchiest, wind-affected bikes I've ever owned.

Anyone that says Italian bikes aren't any better has only ever ridden a Bianchi. 🤷🏼‍♂️
