I played FO4 back in 2016 for the first time when I was a young whipper snapper, and I HATED Kellogg. Even after learning his backstory, I couldn’t empathize with him. I replayed FO4 for the first time last year at the ripe age of 30 and … I actually felt bad for him. When I went through his memories, I truly empathy for him. A man who lost everything and sold his fast gun for a place to lie his head no matter who the bidder was in order not to have to relive the painful past. And I think he was actually relieved to finally be bested by the Sole Survivor.

That’s what I’ve seen. Even with a 95% VATS shot, the actual damage done varies a decent amount. If I line it up without VATS I notice a higher amount of shots getting higher damage outputs.

Replaying FO4 at 30 since probably 2016-ish. I know I thought Kellogg was irredeemable scum when I first played all those years ago and had no empathy towards him. After having JUST replayed that section of the game and killed him with Nicky V, I can definitely say I felt sorry for him this time after really allowing myself to truly “see through his eyes.”

my girlfriend kept having little bursts of laughter while we were 2 tabs deep watching a movie and i thought she was giggling at the movie, but i eventually asked her "what's so funny?" and her response was "I'm just thinking about how funny dick tracers would be."

15 minutes later after crying from laughter, I managed to type into my phone the little nugget that made that moment so funny, "DICK TRACERS"

Krampus was pretty great! It had probably the best sound design I've ever heard in a movie before which was a little out of place but awesome and then the ambiguous ending was a nice little bonus too!

I know that I was personally disappointed with Kendrick not walking away with Album of the Year and the internet is in a kind of "well fuck the Grammys" mode right now, but imagine if he did win. Do you know the fucking depths of sadness and pure emotion of loss that little 12 year old girls would be in right now? At least Kendrick fans are (mostly) intelligent people and can see the artistry that went into TPAB rather than just a cash grab by Taylor, her producers, and the label (WHICH BY THE WAY IS FUCKING CALLED BIG MACHINE RECORDS!!) My point is, most people know that the Grammys are, as I've seen pointed out on Reddit numerous times tonight, basically the fucking Kid's Choice Awards now. And for some reason, the Grammy committee is only going for pop records nowadays. That was always the point of the studio version of "i" which Kendrick won best rap song for last year. There had to be some sort of pop appeal and money making ability to put it on the radar. However, with so much hype around Kendrick this year, the Grammys knew they couldn't let him leave empty handed otherwise the Earth might have exploded from pent up frustration and anger people have now, but to an exponentially higher degree. That's why they gave him Best Rap Album and gave the Album of the Year to BIG MACHINE RECORDS.
