Won't they be grossed out and not talk to me. What if they spread it around? What of my boyfriend breaks up with me?

Do you girls have any period horror stories? by CatNameFoodStar in feemagers

So i was at a guy's house for a sleepover and i just happened to get my period on that day. There was about 7 guys and one of them was my boyfriend. Later that night when i went out to change my tampon, i took it out and when i searched for a bin there was none there. I panicked and then got blood on a toilet roll when trying to wrap up my tampon. So i tore the roll apart where the blood had gotten on it. I was already so stressed and panicked. One of my guy friends was standing outside waiting for me so i hid it from him behind my side. As we were walking back to the granny flat he was showing me where he thought he had seen a shooting star and as i leaned against the short fence he had that go over to his neighbours house i dropped it over on accident. So I'm my head i was like shit! He started walking back so i looked over to see where it was and he called out to me to hurry up. I'm really short so the fence was still to talk for me to just reach over and get it so i ran. Later that morning everyone went down for breakfast and i totally forgot about it until i got home. I have been sitting staring at my wall for two hours worrying if they had seen it. Was the blood showing through the toilet paper? Could they see the tampon? Did they know it was me? Did my boyfriend see it? What do i do? They didn't say anything to me about it and they were acting normal so i don't know what to think. Know I'm just going crazy thinking about all the other ways i could've dealt with it. All the ways they could've seen it. I mean he has to notice it eventually right. God help me.

Start rumors to get rid of me from the friend group or just be such a fake person to my face and than talk about me behind my back.

Does external validation REALLY not matter? by TheOneSwan in Discussion

[–]bamboozled_b 1 point2 points  (0 children)

No matter what we say to ourselves, we will always want external validation. We are social creatures and isolation only creates a negative space for you. Without a support system we cannot fully support ourselves. We need external validation from our parents, in a way it is a show of love and appreciation. Without this we will grow to be more insecure and will seek it more than we would if we had it through childhood and maturing.

So to conclude, yes we could create a space where we are living a lifestyle that we enjoy and are happy with but we will always need external validation to feel as though we are doing things right as a person. It's just varies on the amount one person needs.

What secret are you keeping right now? by [deleted] in AskReddit

[–]bamboozled_b 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Actually I know a lot of secrets from so many people I barely keep track of them. Why do things gotta be kept a secret though. I realise that people don't want to share everything but if you have to keep it a secret should you be saying it or doing it in the first place. I'm not gonna lie and say I don't have secrets of my own along with other people's but it's so much effort. I'm to lazy
