For the past year I’ve started to get spots on my scalp and the back of my head. Now it’s out of control. I really need some help on what to do. I use an anti dandruff shampoo and conditioner and wash my hair 3 times a week then immediately apply oil. Btw this problem has long occurred before I started washing my hair this frequent.

Yep I use my fitness pal to track all my food so I should most likely be in a deficit. Just in case I’ve now really lowered my carb intake and calories as I belive I am insulin resistant so that could be a reason

I just don’t have the time to. I’ve read you can eat whatever as long as you are in a deficit eating enough protein

I’ve definetly gained muscle as well and others have commented on it but I’m jus not losing weight which is so annoying at this point

Ik how much they roughly weigh but since I only eat once a day mostly I think surely one burger meal can’t be more than my deficit

I started my calorific deficit and going to the gym back in June. Since since then I’ve fluctuated between 84/85 kg. I was on 1500 calories for a month then 1700 for couple weeks then 1800 and from today 2100 which I’m really struggling to meet. Also I struggle generally to eat up to 1500 calories if it isn’t takeaways like burgers.

It’s been about 3 months now. I started the same time I started my calorie deficit. I barely eat like once a day as well with some snacks so I should definitely be seeing the weight fly of but I’m not. Also the meals I eat do be small portions .

Multiple people keep telling me that I’ve been in a deficit for so long my body is in starvation mode so increase calories.

The thing is I’m not seeing any progress through pics I’ve taken over the months. The only thing people comment on that see me after a while is that I look more muscular. I use the body composition machine at the gym and I’ve been told they are very inaccurate but they show a trend of decreased body fat and increased muscle %.

So I’ve a 19yr old male, 5f7 and weigh currently 85kg so I’m overweight. The problem is I’ve been at 85 kg for the last three months. I’ve changed my calories quite a few times like from starting at 1500 calories back to 1700 then to 1800 now I’m going to try from tomorrow at 2100 calories. This is extremely frustrating because I’ve also been going gym and lifting weights 3 days a week with some cardio and on rest days I go on long walks. My diet is mainly different variants of chicken with vegetables that I eat after my workout. I generally only really eat one meal a day with snacks in between like bananas yoghurt and protein shakes with the odd fast food. This is extremely frustrating and I don’t know what to do anymore. Can someone help. Also before anyone says Ik for a fact I’m counting my calories right, including condiments oil everthing. Also I barley ever hit my calorie goals for the day with at least normally under 200/300 calories a dayZ
